About The Position
Inova Fair Oaks Hospital's Observation Unit is seeking a dedicated Clinical Technician 1 to join their team. This is a full-time night position with rotating weekends and holidays. Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association, or obtain within 90 days of hire.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 35lbs.
Responsibilities
- Provides direct care to patients under the direct supervision of a registered nurse.
- Effectively communicates with team members, patients, and visitors.
- Maintains professionalism and integrity throughout the healthcare system.
- Must be available for six (6) non-consecutive weeks of paid training, consisting of virtual orientations, classroom-style sessions, virtual training modules, and on-unit shifts.
- May perform additional duties as assigned.
