About The Position

Inova Women’s Surgical Hospital is looking for a dedicated Clinical Technician 1 to join the team. This role will be at Inova Fairfax Hospital and is a Full-Time position working nights from 6 PM to 6:30 AM, with varying days and rotating weekends & holidays. Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association, or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to lift minimum of 35lbs pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care to patients under direct supervision of registered nurse.
• Effectively communicates with team members, patients, and visitors.
• Maintains professionalism and integrity throughout the healthcare system.
• Must be available for six (6) non-consecutive weeks of paid training, consisting of: Virtual orientations (Two from 8AM -4:30PM), Classroom-style sessions: 8AM – 4:30PM (6 shifts total), Virtual training modules, On-unit shifts.
• May perform additional duties as assigned
