About The Position
Inova Fair Oaks Hospital's Intermediate Progressive Care Unit is seeking a dedicated Clinical Technician 1. This is a Full-Time position with day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with varying days and rotating weekends and holidays. Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association, or obtain within 90 days of hire.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
Nice To Haves
- Must be available for six (6) non-consecutive weeks of paid training, consisting of: Virtual orientations (Two from 8AM - 4:30PM), Classroom-style sessions: 8AM – 4:30PM (6 shifts total), Virtual training modules, On-unit shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provides direct care to patients under the direct supervision of a registered nurse.
- Effectively communicates with team members, patients, and visitors.
- Maintains professionalism and integrity throughout the healthcare system.
- May perform additional duties as assigned.
