About The Position

Central Service supports the delivery of clinical patient care by providing quality care that improves the health of those served. The Clinical Tech Materials role orders, distributes, and receives supplies and equipment used in Central Service; prepares specialty carts, respiratory wraps, and traction equipment; and handles orthotics and prosthetics orders.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred; applicants may be hired without one if they agree to obtain a GED within the first twelve months of employment.
• Previous experience in materials is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize and change tasks frequently and quickly.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to transport equipment throughout the hospital.
