About The Position

Star Sleep & Wellness is seeking a Clinical Team Member for their North Carolina location. This role involves collaborating with doctors and mid-level providers to diagnose and treat sleep disorders, managing a patient column, and handling various appointment types. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team. While medical field experience is appreciated, it is not required as comprehensive training will be provided. Initial training will take place in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, with all travel expenses compensated.

Responsibilities

Manage a column of in-person patients each day, handling communication before, during, and after appointments.
Adhering to our standard of care put in place by our Medical Director.
Establish a relationship link with the patient to ensure continuity of care.
Complete clinical tasks including vitals, intra-oral scans, oral photos, pharyngometer, and rhinometer.
Provide education to patients related to treatment options and their treatment plan.
Assist with troubleshooting treatment plans during post-care appointments.
Support medical and dental providers by conducting comprehensive patient passoffs.
Send orders to labs with appropriate documentation when patients move forward with treatment.
Take detailed notes throughout appointments and complete patient charts in a timely and accurate manner.
Complete duties related to scheduling and patient payments with a high level of accuracy.
Uploading required documents into EMR software when necessary
