Under the direction of the Program Manager, the Clinical Team Leader oversees the therapeutic service components of the Seaford House Therapeutic Residence. This position provides clinical leadership, supervision, and coordination for therapeutic programming, case planning, referrals, intakes, clinical documentation, crisis assessment, and care coordination for youth served in the program. The Clinical Team Leader works collaboratively with program leadership, clinical staff, case management staff, residential staff, external providers, DFS, families, and other members of the youth’s service team to support safe, trauma-informed, clinically appropriate, and high-quality services. This position maintains a limited direct service caseload and provides short-term therapeutic intervention, child welfare case management, safety planning, multidisciplinary team coordination, and support to staff regarding youth mental health needs, clinical history, crisis response, and individualized intervention strategies. Due to the nature of residential services, this position is a site-based, in-person role and the work schedule for this position may vary based on program needs and is not limited to traditional business hours. On-site evening, weekend, and on-call responsibilities will be required to support youth, staff, and program operations.
