Seton Hall University School of Law is seeking a Clinical Teaching Fellow for its Health Advocacy and Collaboration (HAC) Law Clinic, which is the school's first Medical-Legal Partnership (MLP). This fellowship offers law students the chance to lead poverty-focused legal advocacy in collaboration with a local healthcare organization. The fellowship is designed to launch the teaching careers of practitioners. The Fellow will co-supervise students in clinic casework and holistic legal advocacy, mentor students, assist in teaching the clinic seminar, and share responsibility for case management and collaboration with the clinic's healthcare partner. The role supports the HAC Law Clinic year-round, including casework, projects, administrative duties, and MLP activities. This position is ideal for civil legal services attorneys interested in clinical legal education and holistic, interdisciplinary, and interprofessional advocacy. The fellowship is for an initial one-year term, with the possibility of renewal for one or two additional years.
