Requirements
- 1 year of recruiting experience is a must.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
- Ability to work independently, efficiently, with a strong attention to detail.
- Professionalism, adaptability, tenacity and self-motivation are necessary.
- Successful candidates will have a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal communication.
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a full cycle recruiter in healthcare delivery environment and/or agency experience working with healthcare clients is strongly preferred.
- Previous experience with the Workday and Phenom platforms.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full life cycle recruiting processes to attract highly qualified talent to join the FOX practice.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy for clinical hires according to projections for the assigned regions.
