About The Position

You will build and sustain a high-quality national pipeline of clinicians for our telemedicine service lines—Urgent Care, Psychiatry, Psychology, and Triage Nursing. This role blends strategic sourcing, relationship- driven recruiting, and employer brand development. You’ll work directly with the Chief Medical Officer, Marketing and Communications, and Service Line Leads to forecast needs, craft targeted campaigns, and convert top talent into long-term hires.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 3-5+ years in clinical recruiting/talent acquisition or physician/advanced practice/nursing recruitment; telehealth experience preferred.
  • Proven success building national pipelines across multiple specialties.
  • Strong understanding of clinical roles, licensure/compact rules, credentialing basics, and telemedicine workflows.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Salesforce, Microsoft products, Zoom workplace and sourcing tools.
  • Experience creating recruitment marketing content and running targeted digital campaigns.
  • Data-driven with comfort in dashboards, analytics, and forecasting.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Translate service line forecasts into quarterly hiring plans and sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain a dynamic national market map of clinicians by specialty, licensure, geography and telehealth readiness.
  • Proactively identify, engage, and nurture clinician relationships (MD/DO, NP/PA, Psychiatrists, Psychologists, RNs).
  • Build long-term relationships via outreach, communities, events, webinars, and referrals.
  • Manage talent pools and pipelines in Salesforce and LinkedIn Recruiter; ensure high-quality candidate experience.
  • Co-own and evolve our clinical employer brand and online image with Marketing.
  • Create targeted, specialty-specific content (social posts, landing pages, email sequences, thought leadership).
  • Activate clinicians as brand ambassadors; manage review sites and social engagement.
  • Develop relationships with professional associations, residency/fellowship programs, nursing organizations, and telehealth groups.
  • Coordinate conference presence, sponsorships, and virtual events.
  • Screen for clinical fit, telehealth competencies, licensure/geography, schedule availability.
  • Coordinate interviews with Service Line Leads; advise on offers and compensation ranges.
  • Partner with Credentialing/Compliance on required documentation and onboarding readiness.
  • Track and analyze funnel metrics, pipeline health, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, and vacancy coverage.
  • Report insights to CMO and key stakeholders; recommend optimizations based on demand and seasonality.
  • Monitor competitive market trends and evolving clinician preferences.
