Hennepin Healthcare•Minneapolis, MN

About The Position

This position is fundamentally about people, communication, education, and adoption. You will help clinicians understand what is changing, why it is changing, and how to successfully work in the new environment. You will build relationships with clinical teams, assess their needs, communicate workflow changes, develop and deliver education, and provide hands-on support before, during, and after implementation. We are looking for someone who is comfortable leading people through change - someone who can listen to clinicians, translate complex technical or workflow changes into clear and meaningful messages, anticipate where people may struggle, and develop practical strategies to build understanding, confidence, and adoption. This is not primarily a data analysis, reporting, or technical application development role. While the position uses data, workflow analysis, and Epic knowledge to inform decisions, those activities support the larger goal of successful organizational change and clinician adoption. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder, educator, communicator, facilitator, and change agent who enjoys working directly with people and helping them adapt to new workflows, technology, and processes.
