As a Clinical Systems Delivery Associate Director, you will lead the delivery of clinical information systems transformation projects that optimize care delivery. Your primary responsibilities may include: Lead the planning, design, implementation, testing, and integration of clinical information systems, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget and adhere to industry regulations and standards such as HIPAA, HITECH, and CMS requirements Oversee data integration and interoperability with other healthcare systems (e.g., EHR, lab, pharmacy), workflow optimization, and change management, establishing KPIs to measure and report on system performance and user satisfaction Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders and lead and mentor a team of analysts and consultants Stay current on clinical system advancements, healthcare IT trends, and regulatory changes to ensure solutions meet industry best practices, and contribute to thought leadership through insights, whitepapers, and industry conference presentations Travel Travel - varies by client needs and could be up to 80%

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in health informatics, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience with clinical systems implementation, healthcare IT project management, or clinical informatics and experience with healthcare information systems, including EHRs, clinical decision support systems, and interoperability standards.
  • Minimum of 4 years of health industry management consulting experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience working with or leading global teams.
  • Proven experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, PMP), with a track record of successful clinical system deliveries.
  • Certification in healthcare IT (e.g., CPHIMS, CAHIMS) or project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).
  • Proficiency in data integration and interoperability solutions, as well as working knowledge of data analytics tools.

Responsibilities
