We are seeking a skilled and motivated Imaging IT Support Analyst to provide technical support for radiology environments, with a focus on diagnostic reading stations. This role requires strong troubleshooting abilities across applications, hardware, and peripherals, including video cards and monitors. Candidates should have a solid understanding of general computer support and enterprise IT environments. This position supports a hybrid work model, with a mix of remote and on-site responsibilities based on operational needs. The role involves supporting hospital locations locally, ensuring minimal disruption to clinical workflows. The ideal candidate will excel at incident intake, effectively triaging issues, and working through technical problems to resolution. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to end-user support are critical, as this role directly supports radiologists and clinical staff in high-impact care settings. This position will be partially remote with some onsite presence required weekly. Prefer candidates with IT support, experience hardware troubleshooting with pc's and monitors. Any Radiology experience, IT experience or Imaging IT experience. The staff Analyst is responsible for providing technical support, configuration, and maintenance for various healthcare applications and their technologies throughout their lifecycle (e.g., selection, implementation, support, archival and decommissioning). The staff analyst may also manage small projects related to these applications and their technologies. As appropriate, the role will maintain necessary certifications (e.g., Epic). Essential functions are performed independently under minimal supervision and direction, caregiver performs standard duties with minimal supervision.
