Clinical Systems Analyst Radiation Oncology - Main Healthcare Tech Mgmt - Full Time - Days
About The Position
This position is responsible for managing Varian applications and other Radiation & Physics supported software/hardware systems across all TCHHN locations. Responsibilities include monitoring system performance, serving as the primary contact for national help desk communications and problem-solving. The role also involves providing primary IT support for all vendor software and hardware, including project management, upgrades, and testing, which may be coordinated during or after regular working hours. Additionally, the position requires providing excellent customer support and service to the departments, radiation oncologists, and all related staff. The Clinical Systems Analyst will also assist in supporting CVIS HTM clinical engineering IT positions to provide backup and participate in the department’s overall support of medical systems, including CVIS and CE-IT backup for Oncology Systems.
Requirements
- Experience managing Varian applications.
- Experience with Radiation & Physics supported software/hardware systems.
- Experience with national help desk communications.
- Experience with IT support for vendor software and hardware projects, upgrades, and testing.
- Ability to provide excellent customer support and service.
- Experience supporting CVIS HTM clinical engineering IT positions.
- Experience supporting CVIS and CE-IT Oncology Systems.
