The Clinical Systems Analyst will effectively manage, optimize, and support the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system (Oracle Health), along with a range of clinical systems. This position focuses on analyzing, enhancing, and providing support for the EHR and application systems, with a specific emphasis on ordering and documentation, charting, and clinical workflows. The primary objective is to improve operational efficiency, streamline clinical processes, and ensure seamless functioning of departments utilizing these systems. Hours: Monday through Friday between 7:00am-5:00pm. Some occasional evening or weekend shifts based on projects and system implementation. Available for on-call support/rotation. Remote with occasional in-office meetings or projects in St Paul, MN. Able to travel within the metro area. The selected candidate must reside in Minnesota or Wisconsin upon hire. Relocation assistance is not offered for this position. Compensation & Benefits The annual salary range for this opportunity is $92,497 to $138,736, with a median salary of $115,616. Pay is dependent on several factors including relevant work experience and internal equity. Salary is just one component of the compensation package for employees.
