About The Position
Join ProHealth Care’s Family Practice team in Mukwonago as a Clinical Support Associate (MA EMT LPN). This is a float role supporting a high-volume clinic, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and being a key part of clinic flow. This role offers a consistent daytime schedule supporting work-life balance, variety in your day through a true float role, a close-knit team environment within Family Practice, and the opportunity to build strong clinical and operational experience.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of clinical experience (MA, LPN, EMT, or similar)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic environment
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Epic experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Room patients and support nurse visits
- Assist providers through Epic in-basket management
- Complete prior authorizations and coordinate care tasks
- Float throughout the clinic to support daily operations
