You’ll play a key part in supporting our nursing team and Director of Clinical Services by ensuring daily clerical operations and clinical coordination are handled with accuracy and excellence. Multiple insurance plans to choose from Vision, dental, and life insurance Professional development opportunities (tuition reimbursement, certifications, and more) Choose when you get paid with Dayforce Wallet Gym membership reimbursement and partner discounts What You’ll Do As a Clinical Support Assistant, you’ll help keep clinical operations organized and efficient by: Managing, ordering, and stocking medical and office supplies, including maintaining PAR levels and rotating inventory Verifying and processing invoices accurately and resolving discrepancies with vendors Uploading and maintaining medical records, including H&Ps and hospital discharge summaries Coordinating DME (Durable Medical Equipment) requests with therapy, vendors, and families to ensure smooth patient transitions Processing medical record requests for insurance updates Validating ancillary invoices monthly Assisting with triple check preparation by reviewing patient records, medications, and supplies Ensuring timely physician re-certifications for Medicare Opening and managing Medicare and payer calendars Reconciling daily census changes and communicating updates to ancillary vendors You’ll serve as an essential bridge between clinical teams, vendors, and administrative processes. What We’re Looking For Education: High school diploma or equivalent required Experience Preferred: Two years of post-acute and/or long-term care experience Billing and/or coding experience Supply management experience Scheduling and/or payroll experience Additional Requirements: Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using technology and healthcare systems Ability to remain calm and flexible in stressful situations Able to lift up to 35 pounds and perform repetitive movements (sitting, standing, bending) Ability to speak, read, and write English Comfortable with potential exposure to communicable diseases and bodily fluids Our Mission At Hillcrest, we inspire people to live their best lives.We are committed to creating a workplace where team members feel supported, valued, and empowered to grow.
