Apply today to oversee the clinical supervision for Preschool For All (PFA) interns . As a Clinical Supervisor in the Preschool & Early Learning Division in the Department of County Human Services (DCHS) , you will actively champion racial justice and equity within early childhood programs and systems at Multnomah County and in the community. You will serve as an advanced-level Project Manager leading early childhood mental health consultation initiatives, contractor oversight, and clinical supervision for Preschool For All (PFA) interns. Positions in this job profile lead projects and program operations from inception to completion—including planning, procuring, executing, and managing people, resources, and scope. Working closely with Early Childhood Mental Health Services leadership and the Preschool and Early Learning Division(PEL) staff, you will ensure contract fidelity, manage project schedules and budgets, lead field operations, and address stakeholder and partner needs across early childhood education systems.
