About The Position
Behavioral health organization seeking a licensed mental health professional in Pennsylvania to provide clinical supervision for license-eligible staff, assist with chart audits and peer reviews, and support overall clinical quality initiatives. This role may be part-time or full-time and is ideal for someone who enjoys mentorship, compliance, and clinical oversight.
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist, etc.)
- Strong documentation skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment settings
Responsibilities
- Providing clinical supervision to license-eligible clinicians
- Conducting documentation/chart audits
- Participating in peer reviews and quality improvement activities
- Supporting regulatory and accreditation standards
