About The Position

California Autism Center (CAC) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join their team in Fresno. This role is designed for individuals on their way to becoming certified Behavior Analysts, offering an opportunity to gain experience and supervision hours. The Clinical Supervisor will work under the supervision of a BCBA, assisting with the design and implementation of ABA treatment programs for individuals with autism. This position also involves leadership training and supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). CAC focuses on in-clinic behavioral services, prioritizing child safety and dignity, and utilizes naturalistic teaching strategies emphasizing play-based learning for children aged 2-6. The company has multiple treatment centers in the Central Valley and emphasizes positivity, perseverance, and teamwork.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in psychology, education, child development, speech and language pathology, or other related fields
  • Enrolled in an ABA Master's program and actively working towards BCBA credential
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
  • Two years of ABA experience and a bachelor's degree or one year of ABA experience and 12 completed units of ABA graduate coursework

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Experience training technicians with some high-level supervision experience
  • Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Certification
  • CPR and First Aid Certified

Responsibilities

  • Supervise a treatment team of technicians in initiating and maintaining ABA programs.
  • Supervise the treatment team assigned to each client's case to ensure quality services and adherence to behavior protocols.
  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments, skill assessments, and generate related behavior and skill acquisition plans.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of all therapy plans for clients, including behavior intervention plans (BIP).
  • Support the writing of clinical reports to funding agencies and fulfill other high-level supervision requirements.
  • Meet with parents/caregivers monthly to provide parent training and review their child's progress.
