About The Position

FSRI is seeking a Part-time Clinical Supervisor for their CCBHC (Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic) program. This role is responsible for the administrative and clinical supervision of assigned staff, including Clinicians, Care Coordinators, and/or Case Managers. The Clinical Supervisor will also support the program, division, and agency in offering licensing supervision for clinical staff and share responsibility for directing, coordinating, and managing care and services. FSRI is dedicated to ensuring access to services for individuals and families in the community.

Requirements

Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, Licensed in Rhode Island.
Skilled in operating various medical record software and hardware, word-processing, and database software programs.
Excellent multitasking and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, registration and auto insurance.
Ability to travel to and from clients’ residence, community locations and office site, which could include using walkways, stairs and/or elevators.
Ability to lift up to 20lbs.

Nice To Haves

Clinical Supervision experience strongly preferred.
Spanish Speaking preferred.
Flexible schedule with some evenings.

Responsibilities

Oversees Clinicians, Care Coordinators, and/or Case Managers.
Responsible for the administrative and clinical supervision of assigned staff.
Shares responsibility for directing, coordinating, and managing care and services.
Supports the program, division, and agency in offering licensing supervision for clinical staff.
Conducts community visits.
Works remotely and in person adhering to PHI requirements.
