About The Position
Zeeva is a clinician-owned, trauma-informed psychotherapy practice in Los Angeles, built and led by clinicians who understand this work from the inside. We deliver premium, high-quality therapy while remaining deeply committed to accessibility, including Medi-Cal and Medicare populations. We are looking for a Clinical Supervisor who takes the craft seriously, leads with clarity and clinical precision, and understands that investing in future therapists is one of the most consequential things you can do. The role involves carrying your own caseload, providing structured supervision to a team of associate clinicians, and contributing to a practice that holds a genuinely high standard. Collaboration is a key aspect of the practice's operation.
Requirements
- Active California licensure: LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC required.
- Minimum 2 years post-licensure clinical experience.
- Meets all California BBS requirements to provide clinical supervision.
- Deep grounding in trauma-informed, whole-person clinical practice.
- Strong DSM-5 diagnostic expertise and working knowledge of medical necessity, HIPAA, and BBS laws and ethics.
- Training and/or certification in evidence-based modalities.
- Commitment to clinical documentation as an act of professional integrity.
Nice To Haves
- Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Carry a clinical caseload of 15 sessions per week.
- Provide clinical oversight of 6 associate therapists, including case consultation, DSM-5-TR differential diagnosis, documentation review, and co-signing.
- Conduct individual and group supervision focused on genuine clinical development.
- Offer coaching, feedback, goal-setting, and professional development planning.
- Ensure clinical quality across case conceptualization, treatment planning, risk mitigation, and evidence-based intervention.
- Manage licensure hour tracking and BBS compliance for supervisees.
- Actively participate in supervisor team huddles, collective learning, and organizational growth.
