About The Position

We promote hope and empowerment to persons and families touched by mental illness, substance abuse, HIV and multiple occurring diagnoses, and their related challenges. Are you eager to provide direction and clinical oversite in an outpatient therapeutic setting? We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to support the day-to-day.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science or related field
  • 2-year experience in the Substance Abuse Field and/or Mental Health
  • CADC

Responsibilities

  • Review Counselor and Peer caseloads.
  • Conduct and promote staff orientation, training and development.
  • Approval of Treatment Plans, Progress Notes and Discharges.
  • Confers with all appropriate medical staff members.
  • Confer with Program Manager daily.
  • Participate in case consultations.
  • Maintain appropriate client records and make sure the electronic records are in accordance with the Joint Commission and meets Delaware licensure standards and CSAT criteria.
  • Ensure established agency procedures are followed.
  • Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and other office related duties.
  • May be required to have a small caseload based on census.
