TIDES FAMILY SERVICES INCSouth Kingstown, RI
$76,000Hybrid

About The Position

Tides Family Services is a nonprofit organization committed to providing comprehensive, community-based supports to children, adolescents, and families across Rhode Island. As an “Agency Without Walls,” our services are delivered in homes, schools, and communities, meeting families where they are and helping youth remain safely in the community. The Tides Outreach Program (TOP) is a high-intensity, community-based program serving youth ages 8–21 involved in child welfare, juvenile justice, and behavioral health systems. Teams are structured to meet regional demand and acuity of cases. Staff work collaboratively to support a shared caseload of high-risk youth and families. Frequent contact includes home visits, crisis response, skill-building, and care coordination. The program is grounded in Positive Youth Development, Family Systems Theory, and Motivational Interviewing. As Clinical Supervisor, you will play a central role in supporting a high-volume, high-acuity program through both clinical leadership and direct service. Tides Family Services is seeking a licensed clinician (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) to provide clinical leadership within our Tides Outreach Program (TOP), an intensive, community-based program designed to keep youth safely in their homes and out of higher levels of care. This role is ideal for a clinician who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys working with complex cases, and wants to play a key role in supporting both families and frontline staff.
