About The Position

The Clinical Supervisor position works collaboratively with the clinical and program director and is responsible for ensuring quality service and high professional standards by demonstrating advanced clinical practice, providing clinical supervision and case consultation, developing a continuous learning environment, disseminating evidence-based practice, developing self and employees for success and high performance, and leading quality performance initiatives.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a mental health or related specialty
  • Licensed with 3-5 years clinical experience
  • Valid Driver License and satisfactory driving record
  • Must use personal automobile to travel to locations other than primary office
  • Subject to drug and alcohol testing, including random testing, due to "safety-sensitive" classification
  • Possession of a medical marijuana license will not excuse from testing or consequences of testing positive for marijuana

  • Supervisory and program management experience is desirable
