About The Position

Sentara Home Care Services is hiring a Clinical Supervisor in Charlottesville, Virginia. The Clinical Supervisor coordinates patient care resources to meet patients’ clinical needs while ensuring high-quality, efficient, and compassionate care. The role oversees a multidisciplinary team and serves as a key resource for clinical staff, physicians, and the public. It contributes to administrative decision-making, staff development, and program implementation, while supporting talent retention and customer service excellence.

Requirements

• Associate-level degree in Nursing.
• Active RN license.
• Two years of home health experience.
• Two years of home infusion experience.
• One year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care resources to meet patients’ clinical needs.
• Ensure high-quality, efficient, and compassionate care.
• Oversee a multidisciplinary team.
• Serve as a key resource for clinical staff, physicians, and the public.
