About The Position

The Clinical Supervisor operates as a Clinical Supervisor within our CCBHC. The Clinical Supervisor oversees Clinicians, Care Coordinators, and/or Case Managers, and is responsible for the administrative and clinical supervision of assigned staff. As part of our team, this person shares responsibility for directing, coordinating, and managing care and services. The Clinical Supervisor will also support the program, division, and agency in offering licensing supervision for clinical staff.

Requirements

Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, Licensed in Rhode Island.
Skilled in operating various medical record software and hardware, word-processing, and database software programs.
Excellent multitasking and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and part of a team.
Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, registration and auto insurance.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to lift up to 20lbs.

Nice To Haves

Clinical Supervision experience strongly preferred.
Spanish Speaking preferred.
Flexible schedule with some evenings.
Bilingual/ASL skills.
Multilingual skills.

Responsibilities

Oversees Clinicians, Care Coordinators, and/or Case Managers.
Responsible for the administrative and clinical supervision of assigned staff.

Conducts community visits.
Travels to and from clients’ residence, community locations and office site.
Works remotely and in person adhering to PHI requirements.
