About The Position

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a clinical supervisor to help launch a New Journeys First Episode Psychosis (FEP) program in their Lynnwood clinic. This position is responsible for the implementation and monitoring of operations, and providing clinical supervision to a team of 5 clinicians. The Clinical Supervisor will lead regular team clinical meetings, supervise other team clinicians, and be responsible for outreach and community education. They will develop strong referral sources, lead the screening process for referrals, and serve as the primary contact for participants and families, spearheading engagement efforts. In this dual role, the team member will also act as the family education provider, using shared decision-making to educate individuals and their families about psychosis, management strategies, improving communication and problem-solving skills, and promoting a strengths-based, recovery-oriented approach.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in counseling or social sciences.
  • At least 5 years of clinical practice and/or clinical management experience in the field of behavioral health.
  • Must meet the state clinical supervisor requirement.
  • LMHC, LMFT, LSW, or other related licensure required.
  • Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or possess a COVID vaccine exemption.
