The SUD Clinical Supervisor at Sea Mar Community Health Centers oversees day-to-day clinical operations within a residential treatment setting. This role ensures consistent implementation of agency policies and procedures and maintains compliance with contract requirements and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including WAC 388-810 and WAC 246-324. The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical leadership through case consultation, clinical file and treatment plan reviews for counselors and assigned interns, and oversight of case management services to ensure high-quality, ethical, and effective care.
