Our crisis services operate 24/7, and strong leadership makes all the difference. In this role, you’ll empower staff, strengthen systems, and ensure every caller receives care that is professional, humane, and recovery-oriented. Your leadership directly shapes the quality of support delivered to thousands of people each year. Shifts That Fit Your Life - Day and Swing shifts available. Choose a schedule that fits your life while leading meaningful work in a true 24/7 crisis setting. Flexibility and teamwork matter here—and they’re noticed and appreciated. We believe sustainable crisis work requires strong support. You’ll join a collaborative team culture that values debriefing, skill-building, and steady leadership—so you can lead effectively and take care of yourself while taking care of others.
