About The Position

The Family Care Community Partnership (FCCP) Clinical Supervisor serves as a strategic leader in the delivery of care and coordination services for FCCP clients and their families. The ideal candidate will be a mentor dedicated to the professional growth of their team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and reflective practice. Operating under the guidance of the Vice President of Family Development, the Clinical Supervisor will champion clinical excellence by providing high-level supervision that aligns with CCAP’s mission and driving outcomes that reflect the organization’s commitment to holistic, family-centered care.

Requirements

  • Must hold a master's degree in social work or related field
  • Must hold an unrestricted license to practice in the State of Rhode Island. (LICSW, LMFT or LMHC)
  • Must hold a current driver's license and be able to show proof of insurance.
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Provide/maintain all required immunizations and/or vaccinations
  • Complete all required background checks

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for individuals and families across all age groups, modeling best practices in assessment and care.
  • Deliver individual, group, and family psychotherapy, ensuring services are responsive to the evolving needs of families.
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments that set the tone for compassionate, strengths-based care.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to colleagues, FCCP partners, and community stakeholders, fostering collaboration and shared learning.
  • Cultivate relationships with schools, healthcare providers, legal systems, and social service agencies, reinforcing a network of support for families.
  • Participate in case conferences and wraparound team meetings, modeling inclusive and solution-focused leadership.
  • Participate in required and elective trainings, modeling a commitment to lifelong learning and continuous improvement.
  • Achieve and maintain Wraparound certification as both a Family Service Care Coordinator (FSCC) and coach/supervisor, reinforcing fidelity to high-impact practices.
  • Empower FCCP staff through coaching, using Wraparound principles to build confidence, competence, and cohesion across the team.
  • Complete documentation—including evaluations, reports, and progress notes— with timeliness and precision.
  • Provide consistent, reflective supervision to FSCC and FSP staff, fostering a culture of trust, professional development, and shared accountability.
  • Work independently and within a team framework.
  • Guide and mentor MSW graduate interns, creating a supportive learning environment that nurtures the next generation of clinical professionals.
  • Oversee FCCP records to ensure full compliance with CCAP policies, DCYF standards, and ethical documentation practices.
  • Support the development of treatment, service, and wraparound plans that align with DCYF billing categories and reflect family-centered goals.
  • Ensure all documentation meets Medicaid and state regulatory standards, modeling diligence and integrity.
  • Review and approve documentation in RIFIS, reinforcing accuracy and timeliness across the team.
  • Actively participate in community partnership meetings, fostering collaboration, and shared vision with external stakeholders.
  • Orient new staff to the principles of high-fidelity wraparound care, instilling a strong foundation of values, purpose, and best practices.
  • Embrace additional responsibilities as needed, modeling a solutions-oriented mindset and commitment to team success.
