Mindify Wellness and Care is a growing behavioral health organization committed to providing compassionate, culturally responsive, and accessible mental health services to individuals and families throughout New York. Through a flexible care model that combines telehealth, outpatient therapy, psychiatric services, and community-based partnerships across New York, we are expanding access to high-quality behavioral healthcare while building a strong, supportive clinical team. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor who holds both an active New York LCSW and CASAC to provide clinical leadership, ensure quality, maintain compliance, and support the development of a multidisciplinary team of behavioral health professionals. Because this position provides supervision to clinicians pursuing multiple licensure and credentialing pathways, candidates must possess the credentials necessary to supervise social work, counseling, and substance use disorder professionals. An active New York LCSW and CASAC are required. This position is designed to start on a part-time basis and transition into a full-time leadership role as the organization continues to expand. We are seeking a supervisor who is excited to grow alongside the organization and play a key role in shaping clinical operations, quality initiatives, staff development, and future program growth. As Mindify scales its services and clinical team, this role is expected to increase in scope and responsibility, offering meaningful opportunities for advancement into senior clinical leadership positions. The Clinical Supervisor serves as a key clinical leader within the organization, providing supervision, mentorship, quality oversight, and operational support to a multidisciplinary team that may include: LMSWs, LCSWs, LMHCs, MHC-LPs, LMFTs, CASAC Trainees, CASACs, Psychotherapists, Behavioral Health Interns, and Other Behavioral Health Professionals. The ideal candidate is both a skilled clinician and an effective leader, capable of driving clinical excellence, maintaining regulatory compliance, improving clinician performance, and helping build the systems, processes, and infrastructure necessary to support organizational growth. This is a primarily remote position. Most responsibilities may be performed virtually; however, periodic onsite attendance within New York State will be required for training, supervision activities, quality initiatives, staff meetings, onboarding, program development, and other operational needs.
