About The Position

FlexStaff, on behalf of its client, is seeking a licensed LCSW or BCBA to lead and inspire Behavioral Analysts and Behavioral Intervention Specialists across Manhattan. The Clinical Supervisor will help shape service quality for residents through person-centered, evidence-based practices rooted in Positive Behavioral Supports (PBS) and Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA). The role involves guiding staff and ensuring compliance with applicable standards.

Requirements

• Licensed LCSW or BCBA.
• Master's degree in Psychology or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Experience in leadership, supervision, or program management.
• Flexibility and willingness to work nontraditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and overnights.
• Commitment to compliance, ethical standards, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor Behavioral Analysts and Behavioral Intervention Specialist staff to deliver exceptional care.
• Develop, revise, and implement policies and procedures aligned with best practices.
• Conduct regular team meetings, evaluations, and training sessions.
• Serve as a liaison between clinical and behavioral teams to ensure communication.
• Oversee Service Plans, Functional Assessments, and Behavior Plans to meet OPWDD standards.
• Conduct residence site visits, review records, and support staff in applying Functional Behavioral Assessments.
• Advocate for the Minimum Effective Dose of medications and support staff in modifying support plans as needed.
• Collaborate with the Training and QA departments to ensure staff certifications and ongoing education.
