The Clinical Supervisor is a licensed behavioral health professional responsible for supporting the oversight, coordination, and quality of clinical services within the Behavioral health, Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and co-occurring programming. Under the guidance and supervision of the Clinical Director, this role provides supervision for staff pursuing substance use counselor registration and/or certification, as well as Behavioral Sciences Board (BBS) licensure, both individual and group, to SUD counselors and clinical staff in accordance with state, county, and funder requirements. The Clinical Supervisor collaborates closely with the Clinical Director, Clinical Manager, and Compliance Manager, and Clinical Services team to ensure consistent clinical operations, appropriate workflow, high-quality documentation, and adherence to regulatory standards. The position also provides crisis consultation, assessment oversight, and clinical leadership to ensure safe, ethical, and effective service delivery.
