Clinical Supervisor
About The Position
The Lead Medical Assistant (LMA) supports medical providers in delivering HIV specialty care, primary care, and PrEP/STI services while coordinating clinical and administrative activities to ensure high-quality patient care. The Lead Medical Assistant also serves as a team lead for Medical Assistants, providing daily oversight and support to promote efficient clinic operations and exceptional patient outcomes. Requirements
- Certified Medical Assistant or Medical Assistant with Associate Degree or higher in the medical field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a clinical setting.
Nice To Haves
- Previous supervisory experience preferred, but not required.
