About The Position

FSRI is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to serve as the Team Leader for their community-based, Intensive Services team in the East Bay of Rhode Island. This role involves supervising and supporting team members, including counselors, nurses, and specialists, to assist individuals with education, employment, mental health, substance use, medication management, and healthcare needs. The supervisor will also contribute to the expansion of CCBHC services in the East Bay and manage operational requirements.

Requirements

Master’s degree in human services (psychology, social work, marriage/family, etc.) required.
Independently licensed in Rhode Island as a Social Worker, Therapist or Mental Health Counselor.
Prior clinical and/or administrative oversight of clinical services required.
Ability to work independently and part of a team.
Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, registration and auto insurance.
Ability to lift up to 20lbs.

Responsibilities

Operate as the Team Leader of the community-based, Intensive Services team.
Supervise and support team members (counselors, nurses, specialists).
Assist individuals with education, employment, mental health, substance use, medication management, and healthcare needs.
Support the expansion of CCBHC services to East Bay.
Address any operational needs that may arise.
Inspire a diverse team to deliver high-quality and innovative treatments and services.
Work independently at a high-level and cover for the Department Director as needed.
Travel to and from the person’s home, community locations and office site.
Work remotely and in person adhering to PHI requirements.
