Requirements

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology
• Active professional license
• At least five years of recent experience supervising clinical programs and behavioral health professionals

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations
• Provide leadership, guidance, and quality assurance for behavioral health services supporting justice-involved populations
• Supervise clinical staff
• Conduct case reviews and audits
• Provide crisis intervention consultation
• Review clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with program requirements
