The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing direct clinical and treatment supervision and training to counseling staff. This role involves managing the day-to-day functions of the program, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, and conducting quality assurance reviews. The supervisor will also facilitate groups, coordinate treatment modules and training, evaluate program effectiveness, and develop case planning schedules. Additionally, the position requires delivering direct client services, including individual and group counseling, case management, and intake/orientation. The supervisor will oversee client treatment files, prepare progress reports, interact with the criminal justice system, and collaborate with referring agencies. A key responsibility includes participating in Quality Improvement (QI) initiatives with the Illinois Department of Corrections (IDOC) and ensuring client confidentiality in accordance with CFR 42, Part II and HIPAA regulations. The role requires embracing and embodying the mission, vision, and guiding principles of WestCare Foundation.
