The Clinical Supervisor will provide psychotherapeutic services to participants and work in collaboration with both the clinical and programmatic team to provide individual and group supervision and training to program employees, including Registered Associate Marriage & Family Therapists, Associate Professional Clinical Counselors, Associate Social Workers, and Associate Trainees and Social Work Interns. The MBH (Mental and Behavioral Health) Outpatient services department provides high-quality, trauma-informed behavioral health services to individuals, children, and families. The department offers comprehensive outpatient mental health treatment, including assessment, diagnosis, individual therapy, family therapy, group services, and care coordination, with a commitment to improving client wellbeing. The department is supported through a diverse funding model that includes private and public insurance reimbursement, patient-pay, and grant-funded programs, allowing for expanded access to care across a broad range of community needs. Services are delivered by licensed clinicians, associates, case managers, and trainees who receive ongoing supervision, professional development, and evidence informed training to ensure clinical excellence and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
