SUMMARY The Recovery Services Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supervision and coordination of delivery of clinical treatment services at RS EDEN’s Recovery programs. This position supervises the clinical team responsible for providing direct participant services including LADC, ADC-T, and interns. They ensure participant services are delivered in a therapeutic, trauma responsive, ethical way with attention to meeting DHS and MDH licensing statutes and guidelines. They are responsible for monitoring, training and supervising clinicians providing direct client services. The Clinical Supervisor provides direct clinical services to participant when needed and uses the American Society of Addiction Medicines criteria to ensure all clients are in the right level of service. The Clinical Supervisor is expected to be innovative and creative, flexible, and willing to apply learned practices and experiences effectively while overseeing programming and providing clinical services to clients. The Clinical Supervisor must have excellent time management practices. Sound organizational skills and the ability to multitask are a must. Must be able to devote the time and energy required to ensuring that services provided are empirically supported and align with best practices and provided with skill. Must be able to resolve conflict with staff and participants. Must possess the ability to work through crisis situations in a professional, therapeutic, and positive manner.
