About The Position

The Clinical Supervisor will work in partnership with others as part of a structured inter-disciplinary team to provide clinical supervision. The Clinical Supervisor position is responsible for ensuring quality service and high professional standards by monitoring client welfare and clinical outcomes; transmitting knowledge, attitude and skills, enhancing & promoting professional development of the supervisee & evaluating the ethical, professional, and therapeutic competence of supervisee. Demonstrate advanced clinical skills and knowledge in CCBHC standards, treatment models, and culturally appropriate interventions for individuals with severe mental illness, co-occurring disorders, and trauma. Oversee and coordinate clinical staff performance, service provision, and multidisciplinary teamwork to ensure fidelity to the CCBHC model. Lead staff meetings, assign work, and collaborate with psychiatric, primary care, and other programs to support client needs. Implement evidence-based practices, promote clinical competence, and maintain personal professional development. Provide clinical supervision, case consultation, and crisis intervention; ensure integrated team-based care and quality outcomes. Develop individualized supervision plans, offer immediate support in complex situations, and foster continuous learning and leadership among staff. Ensure staff training in assessment, engagement, documentation, and treatment models; identify learning needs and provide constructive feedback. Manage recruitment, orientation, scheduling, and performance evaluations; address performance issues promptly and maintain compliance with agency policies. Monitor treatment progress, conduct utilization reviews, and implement quality improvement initiatives using data-driven decisions. Collaborate with the Program Director on strategic planning, policy implementation, compliance, and reporting; assume administrative responsibilities when needed. Provide clinical oversight to ensure service intensity aligns with client risk levels; adjust schedules for maximum utilization and manage crisis situations.

Requirements

  • A Master's degree in Social Work or its equivalent from an accredited school.
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ clinical experience as a licensed professional.
  • Must be licensed as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC or other mental health professional
  • Must possess a valid Driver License and satisfactory driving record to use agency and/or personal automobile to travel to locations other than primary office and/or for the transportation of clients.
