Requirements

  • Current state license as a S.
  • Experience in home health, pediatrics, or related clinical settings
  • Interest in leadership, mentoring, and team development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to balance clinical care with operational responsibilities
  • Organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support ST staff in delivering high-quality patient care
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance guidance to clinicians
  • Maintain a small patient caseload based on your treatment preferences
  • Partner with leadership to improve care quality, patient outcomes, and consistency
  • Facilitate care coordination and contribute to clinical decision-making
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff development
  • Address clinical challenges, provide real-time problem solving, and support field staff
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
  • Play an active role in quality improvement initiatives and audits
