About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Clinical Supervisor Registered Nurse with a demonstrated commitment to service excellence that can ensure our patients receive the highest quality of care. If you are passionate about quality care, have strong leadership skills and excellent communication skills, this is the position for you! This role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid throughout your first six months of employment. It is a leadership opportunity within a small, close-knit team where your voice matters. You will have the opportunity to help shape and grow the Colorado Springs branch, with autonomy and ownership in the role. You will have direct access to leadership and decision-making, and the chance to make a visible impact on both patient care and branch success.

Requirements

• Current Unencumbered Registered Nurse License in the State of CO
• CPR- BLS (American Red Cross or American Heart Association Hands on)
• TB test completed within the last 12 months
• Driver’s License
• Auto Insurance
• Reliable Transportation
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• Minimum of 1 year of Home Health Experience or related field (ex. Hospice, IVIG, etc)
• Problem Solving skills
• Experience with EMR database and general Technical experience (Word, Excel, Email, etc)

Nice To Haves

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience with direct supervision, including training, disciplinary and educational experience
