About The Position

This role oversees the daily operations of multiple ambulatory clinic areas, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure outstanding patient care and efficient clinic operations. The Clinical Supervisor works alongside physicians, clinical staff, and organizational leaders to foster a collaborative environment focused on quality, safety, service excellence, and continuous improvement. Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of management experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
  • An outgoing, patient-focused professional with a strong commitment to customer service.
  • Sound judgment and leadership skills that promote operational integrity, collaboration, and team development.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • A high degree of professionalism, accountability, and leadership presence.

Nice To Haves

  • Three (3) years of experience in the applicable specialty area preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, organize, supervise, and monitor the daily operations of multiple clinic services.
  • Serve as the primary clinical liaison between the department and internal and external customers.
  • Partner with the Department Director or designee to coordinate personnel management activities, including staffing and team support.
  • Assist with the financial management and budget monitoring of clinic operations.
  • Coordinate and support performance improvement initiatives for assigned clinics.
  • Promote a culture of quality, patient safety, and continuous improvement throughout clinic operations.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and all applicable governmental and regulatory standards while maintaining the highest safety and quality expectations.
  • Communicate proactively with leadership regarding operational issues, challenges, and opportunities, providing thoughtful analysis and recommended solutions.
  • Lead and participate in special projects that support departmental and organizational goals.
  • Serve as a professional role model who inspires teamwork, accountability, and excellence.
  • Foster effective communication across multidisciplinary teams.
