About The Position
The Clinical Supervisor oversees day-to-day clinical operations in an ambulatory setting, ensuring safe, efficient patient care and appropriate staffing support for providers. This role partners with leadership to manage clinical workflows, staff performance, scheduling, patient safety initiatives, and departmental operations. The salary for this role will range from $60,200 - $107,400 annually based on full-time employment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of clinical experience

- Healthcare leadership or supervisory experience
Responsibilities
- Manage staff scheduling, payroll, PTO approvals, and daily assignments
- Monitor clinical workflows, patient safety, and operational efficiency
- Lead daily huddles and communicate updates with nursing and practice leadership
- Support staff onboarding, training, competency validation, and continuing education
- Oversee supply and medication inventory management
- Conduct rounds, ensure regulatory readiness, and address workflow concerns
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for clinical staff
- Assist with budget management, staffing utilization, and departmental expenses
