This is a hybrid role, average 3-4 days on-site based on business need. Job Summary Provides direct, daily clinical supervision of assigned clinical staff. Duties may also include providing direct services between multiple clinics as needed. Position ensures clinical excellence in service delivery, efficient workflows, and program performance monitoring in order to provide a positive patient/family and staff/provider experience and improved clinical outcomes. Essential Functions Provides clinical direction and supervision to clinical staff. Position may include oversight and support to staff who are mentoring trainees. Develops knowledge of and sets clear expectations for the development of each clinical staffs’ skills and professional identity to help them accomplish their goals. This includes direct observations of daily practice, facilitating consistent supervision meetings, supporting clinical staff in use of reports on practice metrics to refine practices, reviewing patient charts consistently to provide feedback to the clinician, completing chart reviews, monitoring productivity, supporting clinics to increase accessibility, training staff, and ensuring timely completion of all required documentation. Fosters a strong, collaborative environment within the assigned team and a high level of engagement. Ensures patients receive trauma-informed, evidence-based clinical care and exceptional customer experience. Ensures that all applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory and licensing requirements are appropriately followed/utilized, as well as maintains safety practices and quality assurance. Maintains communication amongst leaders and works collaboratively to assure workflows run smoothly; supports data-driven activities in order to inform and improve clinical staff. Assists Manager with clinical data collection, clinical productivity management, clinical outcomes/quality activities, and report writing as needed. Provides direct services as needed to meet the needs of the patients and families. Responsible for understanding and adhering to the Children’s Organizational Code of Ethics and for ensuring that personal actions, and the actions of employees supervised, comply with the policies, regulations and laws applicable to Children's business. Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Social Work or related field
  • 3000 hours billable status required
  • 5+ years since licensure
  • 3 years must be child-focused therapy
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed and evidence-based/informed care principles and approaches.
  • Ability to teach and coach staff on case conceptualization, treatment planning, crisis interventions, and professional documentation.
  • Provides service in a manner that demonstrates awareness and sensitivity to the client’s cultural values and beliefs.
  • Must complete Children’s credentialing process.
  • N/A License LPC-Professional Counselor (125) - State of Wisconsin License
  • MFT-Marriage Family Therapy (124) - State of Wisconsin License
  • Social Worker Clinical (123) - State of Wisconsin License

Nice To Haves

  • Terminal Degree (PhD, MD, etc.) in Psychology or social work preferred
  • Previous supervisory/leadership experience preferred
  • Epic EHR experience preferred
