Requirements

Active California licensure as a Clinical Psychologist (PsyD or PhD).
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
Deep grounding in trauma-informed, whole-person clinical practice.
Strong diagnostic skills, including complex differential diagnosis, DSM-5 expertise, and medical necessity documentation.
Experience in behavioral health or psychotherapy settings.
Training and/or certification in evidence-based practices.
Strong documentation standards and working knowledge of HIPAA and California ethical and legal requirements.
Readiness to lead with clinical rigor, honest open feedback, and genuine human connection.

Nice To Haves

Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
Opportunity to supervise up to 4 licensed therapists (10 clinicians total maximum) for additional compensation.

Responsibilities

Serve as a role model, embodying Zeeva's values and demonstrating leadership with clarity and care.
Utilize doctoral training for diagnostic depth, complex case conceptualization, and elevating the quality of care.
Carry a smaller therapy caseload (~15 sessions per week) and stay clinically sharp.
Conduct intake assessments and provide treatment plan oversight and updates.
Supervise a pod of 6 associate therapists, providing leadership and oversight.
Ensure clinical quality across case conceptualization, treatment planning, documentation, risk mitigation, and evidence-based interventions.
Co-sign documentation for associate therapists.
Provide crisis availability for supervisees.
Coach, mentor, set goals, conduct performance evaluations, and develop improvement plans with clarity and care.
Track licensure hours and ensure scope of practice compliance for associate therapists per BBS standards.
Model Zeeva's values and clinical standards in daily practice.
Actively participate in clinical supervisor team collaboration, collective learning, in-person team events, and organizational growth planning.
