Clinical Supervisor II
About The Position
We are hiring an Registered Nurse Clinic Supervisor II for our Internal Medicine Clinic at the Plaza. This is a Monday through Friday day shift position working 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. The position will work in coordination with the Primary Care Clinic Supervisor to oversee staff focused on ancillary staff including lab & x-ray, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Geriatric Medicine patients. Manages specific administrative and clinical functions related to the daily operations of the clinic as assigned. Supervise assigned clinical departments. Also responsible for training and development of assigned employees including hiring decisions, discipline and staff evaluations. Assist clinical staff and cover clinical duties as needed. Prior supervisor or manager experience preferred.
Requirements
- Less than 1 year applicable experience
- Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross
- Registered Nurse
- Associate Degree
