Meeting Street is currently looking for a Clinical Supervisor for 40 per week.

Requirements

A minimum of three (3) years related experience working with infants, toddlers and families and direct supervisory experience.
EI Qualified Personnel as defined in DHS EI Certification Standards.
Bachelor’s degree in related field required (Advanced degree preferred) as well as appropriate licensure/certification in related field.
Valid CPR and First Aid Certification.
Access to all Early Intervention client records only.
Able to get at child’s level, climb stairs, deal with weather conditions, lifting, bending stooping.
Must provide reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Nice To Haves

Experience in home visiting preferred.

Responsibilities

Completes all aspects of supervision with direct service providers.
Works cooperatively with the early childhood management team on ongoing support delivery and management of the program.
Monitors, guides and participates in the case management review process and other CQI activities.
Meets own budgeted productivity expectations.
Works cooperatively with the Department of Human Services on EI-related activities.
Ensures compliance with the DHS Supervision Policies and Procedures.
Assists in the development and monitoring of the annual budget to ensure that Program/Department targets are met and align with available resources.
Monitors staff performance and productivity on a regular ongoing basis.
