Requirements
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Strong skills in behavior management, instructional strategies, communication, organization, and interpersonal relations.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disorders across different ages and functionality levels.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Responsibilities
- Maintain client confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.
- Provide direct supervision, training, and mentorship to behavior consultants and therapists.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessments.
- Work collaboratively with families to foster a strong therapeutic alliance.
- Utilize both Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET) methodologies.
- Conduct functional assessments and analyses to develop effective behavior strategies.
- Support the ongoing professional development of team members through training and direct instruction.
