Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Strong skills in behavior management, instructional strategies, communication, organization, and interpersonal relations.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disorders across different ages and functionality levels.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain client confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.
  • Provide direct supervision, training, and mentorship to behavior consultants and therapists.
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessments.
  • Work collaboratively with families to foster a strong therapeutic alliance.
  • Utilize both Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET) methodologies.
  • Conduct functional assessments and analyses to develop effective behavior strategies.
  • Support the ongoing professional development of team members through training and direct instruction.
