About The Position

The Clinical Supervisor (After-School BCBA) is a full-time, hybrid role ideal for clinicians who are passionate about delivering high-quality ABA services while mentoring and supporting Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). In this role, you will oversee a caseload of focused ABA clients receiving center-based after-school services and play a key role in ensuring treatment fidelity, caregiver collaboration, and positive clinical outcomes. After-school operating hours are Monday–Friday from 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m (Flexible!) and Saturdays (Optional) from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Flexible scheduling and opportunities to support day program clients may also be available. This is a hybrid position, with partial on-site availability required.

  • Must hold a master’s degree in ABA and have an active BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Must hold an active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential in the State of Illinois.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical oversight for a caseload of clients, ensuring individualized treatment plans align with ABA best practices
  • Maintain a small caseload with 28 billable hours per week
  • Monitor client progress and ensure treatment fidelity across services
  • Conduct one-on-one caregiver training sessions to empower families and support skill generalization
  • Facilitate group caregiver training to promote education, collaboration, and engagement
  • Complete client intake assessments and develop comprehensive, goal-driven treatment plans
  • Review and update treatment plans regularly based on assessment data and client progress
  • Monitor RBT clinical performance and provide ongoing mentorship
  • Conduct regular supervision and mentor meetings
  • Deliver feedback, coaching, and training to enhance clinical skills and implementation quality
